Paintball Gun Reviews

  In this article I am going to be talking about many different kinds of paintball markers or guns. I am going to start my article with the worst paintball markers and end it with the best. In this article I will explain why I like or dislike something. I will also give you facts to show you why I dislike or like something.  Next I will include prices for all the different paintball markers.  Lastly I will mention which paintball markers are worth the money and which are not.

  The first brand of paintball guns that I will be talking about is the spyder. There are many different kinds of spyder paintball guns. I don’t think there will be much argument to say that this is the worst paintball guns on the market. Don’t be fooled by the looks, because I realize that it does not look like the worst paintball gun on the market, but it is. It is all plastic and breaks very easily. Also the inside of the spyder has many problems. Some people tell me that they don’t like how it doesn’t have a very high bbs (balls per rate second). However in my opinion bbs does not matter at all because when you go paintballing at a facility they check your gun and make sure your bbs is under a certain amount. In my opinion the worst thing about the spyder guns are the boards. I will never know why you would buy a spyder when you can buy better guns for the same price.

  The second worst brand in my opinion is all the smart parts guns. I would not advise buying a smart parts gun because there are endless problems with all the guns. The first week that you buy it you will think that I am crazy, but after that it will start to have major problems. Fixing the gun will cost more than buying it in the first place. It would take $50 eyes and $150 board to make the gun decent. The only smart parts gun that I like is the shocker however it is around $550 and you can find a lot better guns for $550.

  The next brand that I will be talking about is Tippman. The two types of Tippmans are the A-5s and the 98 custom. The A-5 is slightly more expensive than the 98 custom. The 98 custom was the first paintball gun that I have ever owned. I liked it when I bought it because it was so easy to customize. I recommend this gun if you are just starting. It is a very reliable gun. One thing that I do advise about the Tippman is that you need to buy a better barrel, board, and make sure you buy the Tippman with the double trigger and not the single trigger. This gun is around the same price as the spyder and the ion.

  The next brand that I will be talking about is invert. I am not personally fond of these guns. There trademark gun is the invert mini and it has many problems because it is the first generation. I would not recommended buying this gun, however I do like the invert brand and would recommended buying the 3rd of 4th generation of invert mini's. If you already own this gun then I recommended buying a hypher-3 from Dye paintball. It will make a big difference.

  The next brand of guns that I recommend would have to be proto. I have a proto gun and I really like it. It is made by Dye (on the top of my list), which is good because it has been around for a long time which means that they it is the fourth or fifth generation. This is good because it means that they have worked out most of the kinks in it. The gun that I have from proto is the 09 Slg. I like it because it mostly medal, and it has all dye stuff on it, just called proto.

  The next brand that I will be talking about is Dangerous powers. I believe that this is a very up and coming brand. It has made its name known to most of the paintball world. I like this brand because it is very simple. It is extremely easy to change the settings on the gun. The only gun that dangerous power sells is the g3. It is the same price as the proto Slg. The g3 is a gun that I would recommend buying. It is farely cheep and you get what you pay for. This gun does not need any upgrades. The gun that I am extremely excited for is the Rev-I. It comes out in 2010. It is the best gun for under $1,000. I am saving up to buy it.

  The next brand I will be talking about is eclipse. I love this brand. I own an etek 2. The thing that I love most about this brand is that they have a gun for everyone. They have a gun in almost every price range. All the guns they sell are medal. This brand has been around for a long time. They are up to their eight generation. I would recommend these guns to a pro, a beginner, and everything in-between.

  The next brand is probably the most well known paintball brand in all of paintball. Dye. I would not recommend this for beginners but it is definitely one of the best guns out there. The Dm9 is hands down the coolest looking gun on the market. However the inside is even cooler then the outside. It has one of the most advanced boards out there. I believe that it is the best board out there. Also it is all medals. It is almost imposable to even crack the gun. It sponsors team ironmen (the best paintball team in the world). If I had the money I would probably buy this.

  The last paintball brand that I will be talking about is not very well known. However it hands down manufactured the best paintball gun ever. The brand is called DLX. The gun called the Luxe is the best paintball gun ever created. The only problem with that is that not only is it the best paintball gun it is also the most expensive paintball gun. I would not recommend buying this gun if you do not have a lot of experience with paintball. It takes a lot of skill to manage this gun. This is also the only gun on the market that actually talks to you.
